What this service is

TattooConsults gives you a page to show your status, portfolio, and take consult requests from clients. It's built to facilitate the booking process between you and the people who contact you through it — nothing more.

You're responsible for how you use client information

When someone submits a consult request, you get access to whatever they shared: their contact info, message, and any images. By using TattooConsults, you agree to:

• Only contact people through the channel(s) they actually consented to, and only for the purpose they consented to it for — e.g. don't call someone who only agreed to be texted, and don't send marketing to someone who didn't opt into it.
• Comply with whatever privacy, anti-spam, and marketing laws apply to you and your clients (which vary by where you and they are located).
• Keep client information reasonably secure, and not sell or hand it to third parties without the client's knowledge.

We're not responsible for how you handle it

TattooConsults / loud.ink is not responsible for how you choose to use, store, or act on the information your page collects, regardless of what you agree to here. If you misuse client information — for example, contacting someone in a way they didn't agree to — that's between you and that client, not us.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the accuracy of what you post on your page (status, portfolio, pricing, etc.). We can suspend or remove a page that violates these terms or the law.

No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee you'll get bookings, leads, or any particular outcome from using TattooConsults.

Consult status data

Your dashboard lets you track each consult request through a status (contacted, booked, completed, etc.) so you can stay organized. loud.ink may review this status data, in aggregate or per-artist, for reporting purposes — for example, to measure how many consult requests turn into booked appointments and improve the platform. It's used to understand platform performance, not to evaluate you individually.
